Suddenly Hiro starts screaming garbled questions and ignoring the legal orders of the Pluto Planetary Defense Force who have authortization in this area of space and are on board somehow. Should have been expected as Hiro has had one of the painfully-removable 'PPDF Prisoner' tattoos on his forehead all this time.
"Gaargh!" he yells as a taser is applied to his left foot. "Don't tase me, bro! Fight the power! Resist legal authority and expect not to get the smackdown! Geeegh!" The last part was confusing as so far he has been tased just once.
