Mya dances around for while, clapping her paws with joy over your choice
of game. It's obviously her favorite, or one of them. Then she unfolds the
game board, which for some reason does not look quite as colorful as you
seem to remember from a half forgotten childhood, holds up the box and asks
you to choose a piece.
To your surprise the box is filled with a whole lot of game pieces, some of which have barely different colors. You pick a red one and hand it to Mya, who snatches it and places it in the middle of the board. "This is you!" she announces, then she snatches another piece and puts it in the same square. "This is me!" No surprise there, except for the odd placement. But then she picks up a third piece, puts it in the next square and announces: "This is Louise!" As Mya keeps naming everyone in the prison and placing pieces all over the board, you take a closer look and realize it's not an original S&C board at all. It's a blueprint of the prison block you're in, with chutes and ladders drawn in by hand! Taking a closer look at the first two pieces you notice that the square they are in has both a chute and a ladder. Curiouser and curiouser. There is some writing in the cell that is obscured partly by the new drawings and partly by the game pieces. It seems to say
SECR but you have to move Mya's piece to see more of it, and you are not sure how she'll react to that.
