Voices from Eternity

You accidentally brush against the bookshelf and a book falls down, its pages flipping open to a brightly colored picture of a fairytale landscape. Blank spins around and you freeze in place.

"Oh," Blank says. "Its just you, Doc. Sorry, I've been somewhat jumpy lately."

"Forgive!" you squeal, blushing beet-red. "I-I'll put this back."

You pick up the book and in the process the pages flip to the inside jacket, where someone had carefully written in beautiful flowing script. To my dear Blank. In your smile I've seen the face of God. Please keep this picture book I've treasured since I was a child in the hopes it will make you smile again. Love, Alilu.

"Who is Alilu?" you ask involuntarily. "Was she?"

Blank approaches and takes the book from your hands, then...

1. Slaps you.
2. Puts the book back and smiles wistfully.
3. Yells "HaaOnHaJii'nda!!" and summons a ball lightning.
4. Sticks his tongue out at you and starts flipping through the air and doing crazy kung-fu stunts.
