It made sense now; or rather it seemed to. These arabs planted the bunny
cage, waited until both rabbits had been kissed, and then removed the
cage. I was still confused as to why they chose a casino. The sound of other traffic had died away completely now. Perhaps we were on some country lane. The way we were getting jolted about seemed to indicate so. Then I heard it. What only could be described as a wop wop wop noise grew louder and louder until we could hear a helicopter fly overhead. Then gunfire! The car swerved all over the place, making the cage bang against the side of the trunk. Another, higher pitched noise seemed to mean that one of the arabs was firing back. Not for long. There was a smashing of glass, then a loud cry. The arab had obviously snuffed it. The car screeched to a halt. Hearing only the helicopter now. Must have stopped firing. A door opened, then slammed shut. Rapid footsteps. The remaining arab was trying to make a run for it. Then a single shot. It seemed the arab had been brought down. Of course, we didn't know whether he was dead or not. Footsteps again, this time running towards us. Within minutes the trunk had been opened, and our cage was none-to-carefully yanked out. Another man in army uniform, a marine or some such. There was a blur of what looked like a mounted machine-gun with several men beside it, then nothing. Our vision was blocked by the rear of the helicopter as well as a couple of soldiers dressed the same as our 'rescuer'. The noise of the rotors was such that I couldn't hear myself think. Though of course I was wondering
