"Yes, it was me who called you," Sarah said. "I believe you have some things of mine, namely my shoes and tights. You can keep the tights if you like, but I want those shoes back. I need them."

"Just supposing that I have them, safely stashed away somewhere nearby where you would never find them - and I'm not saying that I do, mind - would you think it reasonable to pay me a 'finder's fee' for their return?"

"No, I wouldn't, and in any case I don't have any money."

  2. "We could do a trade: your shoes in exchange for your costume." "What, and leave me in my underwear?!"
  3. Amergin nobly offers to pay for the return of Sarah's shoes.
  4. Amergin grabs Kipper and threatens him with violence if he doesn't return Sarah's possessions.
  5. Amergin grabs Kipper and proceeds to inflict violence upon him.
