The Black Void - Episode 1224

Usually, Belle's nighttime abscence would not go unnoticed. But the entire school is overwhelmed with reports of a teddy bear running everywhere screaming that it's name was Ernst. Despite fifteen different cam-phone videos already on Youtube and already causing a worldwide sensation, the school authorities are insisting it is just a prank.
Belle stands on the ramparts of the A-B dorm, looking down the hill at the advancing crowds of curiosity seekers and other types. Seems a 'dam' has broken and in about ten minutes, the school was going to be overun. No use calling the cops, Belle recognized the three bulky blue vans the local Sheriff's office used as general transportation. They were leading the pack.
Belle decided to hide and wait it out. But where could she hide from the law and crowds of idiots?
After a couple minutes of careful dodging and running, Belle successfully hides in...

  1. the gantry and walkways above the drama class stage.
  2. the old, disused kitchen in the B-Wing. The stupid principal thought the door still locked just because it made a click sound...
  3. the toolshed on the roof.
  4. the janitor's office (Belle, following advice from her uncle, had made good friends with the janitor staff).
  5. the drop ceiling over her dorm.
  6. the server room. The resident techie, Sister Mary Anne Catherine, shared her lunch and locked the door.
  7. the interior tree house in the main lobby. Or so she thought. There was the scratch of fabric...
  8. the attic that ran the length of the C building. Five other kids, all newbies, were there too. Finally, some smart ones in this school. The Asian girl had thought to bring food. Someone had a portable TV.
