You Had Better Not Get Yourself In More Trouble

As excited as you are about this new, previously undiscovered amusement park, your Mommy would kill you if she found you've left the store and went to an amusement park on your own. You step out of the public washroom building and quickly find the front gates. Peering down the street, you see that the store you were at with your mother is about a block away. That's funny, you think, I don't recall leaving the building. I guess it would be silly for the amusement park's washrooms to be connected to the store, but how did I get here? You shrug the thought off and dash down the street. The longer your mother misses you the deeper trouble you'll be in.

Your mother, as it turns out, didn't miss you at all. She's still right where you left her, reading magazines off the magazine rack. You catch her attention with a "Mommy!"

Your mother looks at you. "Ah, there you are, Carol. Let's get going, now."

"Mommy," you excitedly tell her as she leads you away, "I learned there's a new amusement park in town. It's called something like the Black Void. Can we go sometime?

She acknowledges this with a casual nod. "Maybe in a few weeks after you're not grounded anymore."

Those weeks pass by slowly. Throughout their duration, you constantly remind your mother about the park. You even get her to promise to take your friend, Isabelle. Eventually, the weekend comes where you and Isabelle chat excitedly in the back seat of your mother's car, while she drives you towards the amusement park.

Unfortunately, when you get there. . .

1. The park has closed for the season.
2. The park has closed forever!
3. The park has mysteriously vanished!
