Sovay: Royal Djinn

Allaria's queen, Sovay, was busy putting on make-up for the Royal Ball. Suddenly, a woman materialized out of a strange blue smoke. When the queen turned around, she saw it was Astra, princess of Aqualaria. Only, instead of wearing the clothes of a noble, she had harem pants and bikini on, with slippers that curled at the toe. The beautiful queen, shocked to see Astra like this, said, "Astra, what has happened to you? Did the dragon do this?!"

Astra told the queen her story of how she got into her position. As she finished, Astra then said, "Now, Sovay, Fred has sent me on a mission to bring him a new djinn, one who was a noble or royal woman. And I have decided that will be you." Before Astra could say anything else, Sovay bolted to the door. But just as she was about to grab onto the handle, it was too late. To the queen's horror, Astra had used her magic to create a pair of golden cuffs that appeared on the queen's wrists. Sovay's hands then were flung upward, held by an unseen force.

Realizing that she was doomed to a life as a djinn, Sovay pleaded, "Please Astra, take only me. I know I cannot escape this fate, but spare my daughter. She does not deserve this fate!"

Astra went to the queen and replied, "I have only come here to bring you to our master. I will ask him not to take Exotica, but I cannot make any promises. For now, be glad in the knowledge that your daughter will not join us." As the princess-turned-djinn said this, a great golden smoke enveloped Sovay. Once it cleared, she was wearing a harem outfit like Astra's, with the exception a small, twisted armband was place between her right elbow and shoulder. Her navel held a golden topaz instead of a ruby.

As soon as the transformation was complete, a jeweled brass lamp appeared, where the former queen was taken inside. Astra grabbed the lamp and transported back to her master.

Fred excitingly rubbed the lamp to see who was his new djinn. After seeing it was none other than Queen Sovay, Fred replied to Astra, "Congratulations, Astra. I never imagined you would go after the queen of Allaria herself! By the way, I didn't know you could have legs."

Giving a small smile, Astra humbly said, "Thank you, Master. And I can, I just didn't change into them earlier because it was important."

"Master, may I talk with you?" ask Sovay.

"Sure. What do you need?"

"Master, I have but one request and I promise, I will forever be your loyal djinn. I only ask that you spare my daughter from this fate."

"I will think on it, Sovay." After giving a smile and a small nod, Sovay disappeared into her lamp.

As Fred thought over whether he should grant Sovay's boon, Astra went to him and asked, "What is your desire, Master? Will I go bring Exotica as well?"

1. "No, don't. The queen is good enough and, more importantly, Sovay would be devastated if Exotica became a Djinn."
2. "I'm not sure, so let's move onto someone else now."
3. "Not right now, no, so let's figure out how to defeat the dragon first. Then we'll decide who joins you and Sovay next."
4. "Of course! Exotica is too tempting to give up, even if Sovay is the former queen
5. "Yes, but only if she's willing to join her mother. Tell Exotica what happened, then let her decide what she wants to do."
