Stupid Episodes

First, I need a plot device. Let's see. Since this is a dimensional nexus, let's say that when Fred killed its guardian, it destabilized the structure of reality. And now, a chaos wave is about to hit the dimensional nexus...

The insane Lord Frederigo D'Honaire was kicking the head of the man he had murdered around. He felt happy that another innocent had been killed, that his quest was further along.

Then, he heard a strange noise. A loud, grating alarm noise. The streams outside the window were being disrupted by a strange black light...

Then, the chaos wave hit. Fred screamed in pain as the black wave hit him with its full force, as Fred's molecules were disrupted. He was swept through time, pulled into the strange fabric of alternate realities...

Okay, so that's the setup. Now, Lord Fred is going to be swept away into an alternate reality. There's going to be lots of problems, so to speak. Y'see, the destabilization of realities threatens the universe, and only Fred can save everything. And by the way, he's sane again. Permanently sane. Okay? Now, what sort of thread is this going to be?
