The Never Ending Quest - Episode 9791

Lord Fred, after an incident with a mysterious fog-shrouded monster and a cat, finds himself in a small room with many pictures.
Paintings, really, but they looked so real. The main focus seems to be views of the castle of the King. Lord Fred was not sure what was going on but he was positive he did not like it.
Then he realized that there was some sort of demented timeline, for in each painting the water in the moat was a different height.
Soon he found the painting with the deepest water.

  1. Touch it with his left hand.
  2. Slash it with his sword.
  3. Set fire to it.
  4. Leave the room.
  5. Suddenly the cat appears again.
  6. Lord Fred is overcome by debillitating ennui.
  7. Lord Fred finds himself in the moat. Fortunately the moat monster was a friend of his and helped him back out.
