Astra assumed that Fred must have been discovered, and was engaged in a
swordfight with whoever it was that had found him. It seemed unlikely
that it was a farmhand, as surely they wouldn't carry swords. Perhaps the
dragon had sent one or more of his soldiers to search the valley in the
hope of finding her?
