observed. Soon, hands are where hands normally don't go when other people
are looking. Josh cries and curls up in a corner, having forgotten he could
leave if he wants to. Somewhere, a dog howls mournfully. Closer, someone
else is farting. It's Help, who doesn't understand he is in the Staircase
Room. Anyway, back to the making out.
