Moments ago, angry hotel guest Carl had just been shot to death by a sniper who stood only seven feet away.

That sniper was actually front desk clerk Eddie Berkowitz. Eddie is wearing a completely innocent look on his face while holding a smoking gun.

"I-I didn't know it was loaded!" protests Eddie.

Meanwhile, Sammy the cat is busy swimming in the hotel pool, and he is completely unaware of what just transpired...

1. For some reason, Billy believes Eddie.
2. Ten minutes later, Eddie is dragged out kicking and screaming.
