The Never Ending Quest - Episode 95042

Gigi the naive Amazonian super-model turns up, soaking wet, miserable, crying and slightly drunk on the front porch of Mrs. and Mr. Gloves, a farming couple in upstate Idaho. They had four acres of land, grew mostly corn just to keep busy and had seven elderly dogs they took care because the canines had no place else to go.
In about half an hour, the confused girl had changed into a nice bathrobe and had fallen asleep on the couch, surrounded by all seven white-toned mutts. Mr. Gloves, who had spent two years as a police deputy, had told the current Sheriff (a former member his Little League team) what had happened and they promised to send a man (or in this case, a woman) in the morning to see what was up.
However...the morning brought further problems.

  1. Several school buses in a convoy had become lost and all hands were needed to corral the kids. The cops asked the Gloves to keep an eye on Gigi.
  2. The phones went dead, the internet barely worked and the TV showed only burning cities none could recognize.
  3. Gigi thought the dogs were her deceased friends.
  4. Entirely by coincidence, Paulito, Sir Josh and Stinky Wizzleteeth parachuted onto the Gloves' front lawn.
  5. A robber broke in. All seven dogs cornered him, now a bitten, crying mess, in the broom closet. Gigi slept through it.
