The Never Ending Quest - Episode 95035

Walking around with untied shoelaces is no good idea, as Jack was about to find out the hard way. He had just imparted his fabrication to a couple near the church, when he accidentally stepped on a dangling lace, tripped and fell down the stairs. He didn't have automatic damage assessment, but the excruciating pain told him that he had most certainly broken something.

As he lay fumbling for a handhold to stabilize himself, he realized that he had straightened his fingers.

  1. The villagers assume that the Lord has cured his leprosy as compensation for his broken limbs, and declare him a holy man,
  2. He's a witch! Burn him!
  3. They just feel hurt because he has obviously been lying to them.
  4. A confused priest denies all responsibility, claiming that there are no steps on a church in his town. (Strangely enough the priest looks like Bill Murray.)
