It's been a busy day. Getting Velus medical treatment, cleaning up, being debriefed by the king...but finally Lord Fred had broken away to do the one thing that had been tugging at his heart all day. Pawn off a priceless jewel.
Fred enters the dusty, crowded, well-lit enviorment of Big Al's Joe's Pawn Shop. (It had been a contract dispute between the two oweners which created such an odd sign).
Al (or Joe) all but drooled when Fred presented the priceless jewel.
Fred got, in exchange...

  1. ten thousand gold pieces.
  2. a million gold pieces.
  3. ownership of the store and Al and Joe's house.
  4. mugged.
  5. all the junk he could carry out the store.
  6. ripped off.
  7. a punch in the nose.
  8. arrested by the Museum Police.
  9. Joe's daughter.
  10. Joe.
  11. an assault rifle
