Bottomless Pit

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 93954

Fortunately the brick wall around the pit had been missing some chunks so Josh had been able to arrest his fall. He sits in a corner, the slide to his right, the wall cold behind him. The pit is circular, the room square so Josh only has about six feet of triangle to sit on. Cold, brick triangle. A few of the bricks are glowing somehow.
How to escape? The slide is bright orange and slippery...and the pit, of course, is bottomless. Josh had pried out two bricks and tossed them in. Not a sound.
Wait...pry out more bricks and crawl through the hole!

  1. This works. Josh is in a strange room full of filthy pipes and odd wooden containers.
  2. No more bricks can be removed.
  3. Water leaks down the slide.
  4. A rope ladder unfurls down the slide. Josh climbs back up.
