The spell to free the She-Troll from her shape is simply. The wing of a
Harpy, ground to dust and the dried blood of a flying snake. Fling it in
the
troll's face while concentrating on the one hundreth name of Odin.
('Farfanugen'). Fortunately both creatures were easy to be found in the
caves. Fred is happy.
