Fred's Temper Tantrum

Astra looked on in astonishment as Fred had a temper tantrum. "Come on, Fred," she said. "Surely you can manage to untie your bootlaces?"

"No-o-o!" Fred wailed. "Mummy always used to do it."

"Perhaps you should go naked like me in future? I wouldn't ordinarily recommend it, but it does at least remove the risk of a wardrobe malfunction such as you've just experienced."

  1. Meanwhile the little man has slipped away.
  2. Turning her attention from Fred, Astra asks the little man if he comes from the pyramid.
  3. While Astra has been talking, without being noticed the little man has somehow managed to tie the end of the chain hanging from her right wrist to her left ankle and the end of the one hanging from her left wrist to her right ankle.
