Doe Ray: Ushering in a new identity

"Usharonne?" Cire seemed to taste the name, or what he appeared to think was the name. "That sounds Northern. Are you of the Northern clan?" He made the sign for going out of character and whispered "The new one."

Jim was about to protest the way things seemed to be going when he realized Cire was actually trying to help him. Sharon's name didn't really fit into the scenario, and someone else had probably claimed it already. Besides he liked the sound of Usharonne.

1. Jim accepts the misinterpretation and gets registered as Usharonne.
2. He corrects it and gets registered as Sharon.
3. He corrects it and finds that "Sharon" is already in use.
4. Something totally unexpected happens.
