Searching for JH

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 9125

"She has a poor dumb assistant, called Bill," said Astra. "The reason she captured JH is because a rival wizard, a man known only as W, cast a spell on him to turn him into a lame duck. She needs the blood of a warrior to turn him back."

"Don't worry, Astra, I'll help you find Sir JH," said Velus. "Getting him back will be a peice of cake."

"Don't you mean we'll help you find JH?" said Fred.

"Oh, yeah. Right. Whatever," said Velus.

"Good," said Astra. "I shall lead you to the witch's cave. With your help, I shall easily free him."

After a while, the travellers decided to make camp. While Astra was out hunting food--she had to do it becsause neither Fred nor Velus would leave her alone with the other one--Fred and Velus discussed their journey.

"I can't stand it," said Velus. "She's so in love with that JH, she doesn't even know we exist. We have to convince her that we're as good as JH."

"Maybe if we knew a bit more about Doctor Who it would help," suggested Fred.

"Great idea," said Velus.

So when Astra came back to the camp, Fred asked her if there was any way he could learn about Doctor Who. Astra told them that there was. She showed them that her pack was full of scrolls which she said were magical recordings of Doctor Who episodes. Fred and Velus picked one out at random to watch. It was...

  1. "Genesis of the Daleks."
  2. "The Horns of Nimon."
  3. "Trial of a Time Lord." Fred and Velus had no idea of the excruciating experience awaiting them...
  4. Actually not a Doctor Who episode at all. It was a letter adressed to Astra.
