Booster Gold had been in the JLA Tower Showers, rocking out with a pair of water proof headphones. So he really wasn't paying attention and had walked crotch-first into Wildcat's flying kick.
Normally Gold's futuristic suit would have protected him but again, shower, so all Gold had was his black towel. The blonde-hero crumpled to the floor. Savage giggled madly.
Josh got a good metaphysical grip on the villain's soul but the man was thousands of years old. It was going to take some time.
Superman musters his strength and powers through his weakness to send off a blast of heat vision.

  1. Savage's hair catches on fire.
  2. Gold had staggered to his feet. The heat blast sets the towel, and his crotch, on fire.
