Weeks later, after everything else had settled down, Fred reports to a new medical facility on the opposite side of town. After meeting with the receptionist, waiting in the lounge and leafing through six and seven-month-old periodicals, Fred is called in. He promptly stands and walks through the door. "Have a seat, Fred, the doctor will be right with you," the receptionist says. Fred takes a seat in a neatly decorated office. The building and the furnishings inside are still new enough that almost everything has that fresh, sterile smell. After another two or three minute wait, a well endowed therapist enters the office. Fred's eyebrows raise and his mouth falls open in disbelief. "Are you Fred?" she asks. "I'm your new therapist, Hugey McBoobies." What now?
