Astra The Clown?

"I hate clowns," the dragon said. "They give me terrible indigestion. Now, if you'll excuse me, there are more children just waiting to be eaten." With that, he went to terrorise the elves. Again.

"What's a clown?" Astra asked.

You shudder. "Clowns are eeevil. They try and and pretend all they want to do is make you laugh at their crazy antics. But I know different. Not that I'm saying you're evil," you add hurriedly.

"I don't want to make anyone laugh," Astra said, struggling futilely at her restraints. "I just want to beat the crap out of -"

She stopped as the Dragon entered. "Me, perhaps? Tough noogies."

"Noogies?"

"Yes. Noogies," the dragon replied with an air of finality.

"You haven't got more mushrooms, have you?" Astra asked with dread.

"Nope. I've got something even better!"
