The final piece of the puzzle is Josh Burbank, who is spotted in the dairy cooler, and it appears that he's shoving large handfuls of butter into his pockets. His khakis are stained with butter.

The lost shoppers also notice another man standing near Josh. This stranger is holding a ruined fedora in one hand, while he gestures at Josh to continue shoving butter into his clothing.

"Burbank, I warned you!" the man, who is named Kent, shouts. "You and your friends kept putting butter in my hat for many years, and you kept ruining every single one of them! Do you know how expensive it is to have to buy a new hat every week for ten years, Josh? Do you?! Maybe you'll know what you and your asshole friends have put me through for the past goddamn decade!"

Josh has had enough, and he tries to step down out of the dairy cooler, but Kent angrily shoves him back.

"DID I SAY YOU WERE DONE, JOSH?!" Kent roars. "You're gonna stay there and keep putting that butter in your pockets!"
