Ingrid's fabulous exercise program

"Well, I wouldn't say that." said Ingrid, trying to be compassionate. "If you exercise enough, you'll be physically fit again in six weeks."

"Six weeks?!"

"Yeah, but, isn't that about how long it's going to take you to find the dragon?"

"What do you know about that?"

"Not much, just that Fred is on that mission. Apparently, so are you."

"Well, yeah, but..."

"And isn't it true that none of you have any idea where he is?"

"Well, yeah, but..."

"And why not walk the whole length of the caves? It'll be a great exercise, and you're bound to run into the dragon eventually. You'll be killing two birds with one stone! Isn't that great?"

Astra seemed to recall something. Fred didn't know much about sayings, yet he hadn't asked about that one. Astra turned to him, and noticed he was in deep thought.

"Fred, you've been awfully quiet. Don't you have anything to say?"

"I was just thinking," began Fred, "you ought to be slow with that extra weight. Why don't we turn you over on your side? We could roll you like a..."

"No!" cried out both Astra and Ingrid together

1. "Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha! Jinx!" Unfortunately for Astra, Ingrid had accidentally unleashed a real jinx.
2. "How dare you, Fred?" pressed Ingrid. "Don't you care about Astra's health?!"
