Time for formal introductions

"Why, yes," exclaimed Fred, quite astonished to hear his title used after such a long time.

"I am honred to meet you." He turned to Astra. "And surely you don't mean you're the Astra, Warrior Princess of Aquilaria?"

"Indeed I am," she responded. "The honor is mine, for you are quite reknown in Aquilaria!"

"I am graced by your presence, Princess." He next turned to Velus. "And surely you don't mean this is the Ahahan Emperor Velus the third?"

"Uh, no," interrupted Fred. "He's just a regular farmboy."

"Oh well, If he's just a regular dog then I... Did you say he was a farmboy?"

"Yes, he's been cursed by the dragon we came to slay. He behaves a lot like a dog, though. He managed to hear you coming before we could, and warned us. We thought you would be a lot bigger, though."

"Oh, that. I just like the echo in these tunnels, so I use the magic to make my footsteps boom." He jumped, and when he landed back down, a powerful boom echoed throughout the tunnels. "Maybe I can give you a demonstration?"

"Uh, no thanks," said Astra nervously. "We need quiet footsteps if we want to slay the dragon. This does, however, give me an idea:

1. "Do you think you could use your magic to help us slay the dragon?"
2. "Do you think you could use your magic to turn Velus back into a human?"
3. "How loud, exaclty, can you make those booming footsteps?"
4. "You wouldn't be able to lend me that book a moment, would you?"
