"Well" said Fred, "what's your name?"
"Fredina." Fred paused. A strange thought popped into his head. Slowly, he said "my name is... Fred." Fredina looked just as surprised as Fred felt. "That's... quite a coincidence." "Yeah... Tell me, um, Fredina, how did you end up here?" "Well, it's kind of complicated, but it all started when I was standing outside a cave. See, I was on a quest to slay a dragon, and..." "Woa, wait a minute. That's exactly how I ended up here too!" Fredina's look had changed from surprised to thoughtfull. "You know, I have this strange idea..." "Yeah, me too..." The two of them had an extended conversation where they discovered that they both had lived exactly the same life, more or less, up to this point. Of course, some things were different for Fredina. For example, she had met a guy named Astrus who had helped her now and then. "I guess there's only one conclusion possible" said Fred, finally. "Yes. You're me, but you're a man." "Well, I was going to say that you're me, but a woman. But that works too." "So what do we do now?"
