Diana gets dressed.

"The wardrobe," said Diana, "I need to change."

Diana hurried across the room to the wardrobe and pulled it open. Inside were an array of dresses, as fine as any Fred had seen before. He pushed aside the curtain on the bed, and finding it empty held the curtains aside for Diana to crawl onto the bed to change.

Resisting the temptation to peek as the beautiful young woman changed from her grubby garments into the fine green gown she had chosen, Fred looked around the room. He found only mundane items in the other items of furniture and that he could remove the pikes from the hands of the suits of armour. He was hefting one of the pikes when he heard a heavy crunch from the balcony.

"What was that?" asked Diana, still hidden behind the curtains of the bed.

Fred turned to see the dragon on the balcony, it's claws gripping the stone rail as it flapped its wings to steady itself. Fred caught a glimpse of Diana clutching the gown to her bare chest as the curtains of the bed flapped in the wind of the dragon's wings. He watched in fascination as the dragon transformed before his eyes from great green winged lizard, to a scaly green humanoid, to a handsome woman with green eyes, wearing a shimmering green gown.

1. Fred hurled the pike at the dragon lady, hoping she would be vulnerable while the transformation completed.
2. Fred readied the pike and waited for the woman to speak.
3. Fred dived into the bed with Diana, hoping the woman hadn't noticed him.
