After much deliberation, Fred decided that he must press the crown tile.
He took a deep breath, said "To honour the King," and pushed. For a long moment, it seemed nothing had happened. Fred was about to reach out and press the tile again when a low moan began to emanate from behind the wall. The moan got louder and higher until it became a whine. The whine became a high pitched screech and Fred was just reaching up to cover his ears when there was a loud CLANG and everything was silent. Everything but the ringing in Fred's ears, that is. "This must be part of a combination lock," thought Fred. Well, It hasn't hurt me yet.
