Josh Gets a Dinner Invitation

"And of course using a traditional oven would be beyond you. All right, you'd better come back to my place, and I'll fix us up a meal. I can give you the scarf, hat and gloves that I promised you as well. But you go back to your own apartment to sleep. Understood?"

Josh smiled to himself. This was going well. In his experience, women never could resist his impression of total helplessness.

Over dinner:

1. Josh tells Leslie about the weird notice with the rather alarming threat to eat him.
2. Josh asks Leslie what she's doing in Svalbard.
3. Josh realises that Leslie is an absolutely terrible cook, and that maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all.
4. Josh unwisely drinks rather too much vodka.
