This time the explosion is literal

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 85492

Scott sees the flames shooting out of Josh's ears and nostrils just in time. He flings his bloated, Doritos filled form over the teal couch.
The room goes silent as the explosion is just that loud.
The couch is flung across the room, taking Scott with it.
It slams across the kitchen entranceway. Scott, however, keeps going, fetching up against the fridge. He blacks out.
Seven hours later...Scott tumbles over the couch and back into the main Staircase Room.
The outside wall is gone. Just...gone. As he watches, a swath of half-burned carpet slides over the edge and into the fog. The rest of the room...whoo...what isn't crunchy bits of metal or melted is unusable junk. The Staircase itself was a charred mess and actively wobbling.

  1. Scott calls 911 on his iPhone in his pocket.
  2. Scott sits down and watches Family Ties on the iPhone.
  3. Scott starts shoving debris out the wall-hole.
  4. Scott laughs at the phrase 'wall-hole', partly because of his head injuries.
  5. Several strangers rush in. "This clean-up will take all night!" one screams.
