A gentle tapping on the door

In the morning Susan was awoken by a gentle tapping sound coming from the doorway and found herself nestled in her lover's muscular arms. She stretched out contentedly, rather as a cat does, before quickly grabbing something to cover her body as she sees a smiling Charlie standing in the doorway with a tray in his hands.

"Hello, I thought you might need to rebuild your strength" a smirking Charlie said to her.

Susan shook Alfred to wake him, hurriedly handing him his trousers to cover his modesty.

"Thanks" Susan responded to Charlie, "When did you get back?"

With a fixed grin on his face Charlie responded that her arrived back quite early the previous evening, with a look that told her that the lad saw much more than she would have liked.

"OK, now go away and let us wake up" Susan told Charlie, and he thought he would probably be wise to comply. Susan and Alfred then shared their breakfast and began to think about what had happened that night.

1. They realised it was nice, but had no future
2. They couldn't wait to start again
3. Charlie came back quickly eager to know some more
