"Ha! What a stroke of luck to at last find something that would suit him" Fred thought, though it did seem a bit light and rather flimsy.

It was a bit of a squeeze getting the armour on, but as he did he felt his body taking on a more familiar male form and the armour seeming to fit much better.

Just then our hero was shocked back to reality by a woman's voice yelling "Freddie, get yourself here this instance". He instinctively knew that he must obey and rushed to his mother's side.

"Come on darling or we will be very late for Jack's birthday party" Freddie's mum said "and you wouldn't want to miss out on a nice slice of birthday cake would you? I know it is a very nice chocolate cake with ten lovely candles on it."

Freddie now remembered that it was his best friend Jack's tenth birthday and he is having a fancy dress party. He thought this was a very good idea and that he would probably do the same for his birthday next month.

Just then Freddie . . .
