Because of the humans killing in this hell-dimension, Lots42 has been taken over by the God of Murder, Azrdrellphor. With a wave, the RV and everything with it are now in the back roads of Idaho. Dogs scream and run into machinery. Babies vomit. Birds fall out of the sky, their feathers just gone.
What does 'Lots42' make Scott and Josh do?

  1. Kill entire orphanages. Alphabetically. The alphabet was a spell. Enough kids and...things impossible to describe will appear.
  2. Strangle each other. Well, that was a waste of minions.
  3. Bake pies. Even Murder-Gods like pies.
