Scott blinks. "My order is twenty some odd dollars. It is not like I am ordering a two dollar sandwhich."

  2. "Sorry, can't do it."
  3. The employee gets minimum wage rage because their menu contains no two dollar sandwhich.
  4. The employee explodes.
