"My Leige, it was I who killed Lord Fred." ~No, no, no.~

"My Leige, it was I who *accidentaly* killed Lord Fred." ~Still not good enough.~

"My Leige, a strange and aweful werebear attacked me and in defending myself I killed it - and then it transformed into the figure of Lord Fred!" ~That has potential!~

Sir Josh's ponderings at the perfect excuse for manslaughter came to a halt as a troupe of Canadian circus freaks jumped from out of the bushes and accosted him with balloons and balls and other strange Canadian implements. When it was all over, Josh found himself alone, his computer taken, his pack gone, and his boots replaced by clown shoes!

"Oh, woe is me! Woe is me!" Sir Josh cried out. "Those damnable rejects from the Circus of the Principality of Canadia have taken my belongings. What shall I do?"

Just then a strange cloud of vapor materialized near to the wailing Sir Josh and it condenced into the floating form of a very dead Lord Fred! "Serves you right!" it said, then spit upon him and disappeared.

1. Sir Josh continues back to the Palace, through kilometers of dangerous countryside.
2. Sir Josh takes the wesetern road hoping to get to the neighboring Kingdom of Gelda.
