A Wish for Limbs that Work

"Here--try this'n, miss" he says. He hands her a capsule and a Diet Rite Cola.

On the side of the tiny capsule she reads the phrase 'ONE WISH FOR ONE OTHER.'

She pops the capsule into her mouth, and chases it with the cola. "I wish for Josh to be thin again!" she says...

BAMF!

The creature sitting in the middle of the floor with a confused look on his face is somewhat scarred and looks unwashed, but it's recognizably Josh...in his formerly thin state. He looks bewildered.

"It worked!" she says. "Got any more of those?" she asks the clerk.

"Naw. That was my last one. Unless y' wanna buy a bottle of one hunnert n' fifty for 20 bucks," he says. "Y' might wanna get him some clothes. People here don't take too kindly t' naked folks."

1. Yeah...where is HERE, anyway?
2. 20 bucks? For wishing pills? That's highway robbery!
3. She buys the pills, and some clothes for Josh. They decide to play with the pills for a while.
4. She beats the clerk down and steals all the pills behind the counter.
5. A conga line made of squirrels comes through the store.
