Sir Josh quickly finds himself in an unfamilar and very scary
situation. He is on a circular platform twenty feet wide. It is made of earth drawn up from the ground. Various sickly looking plants line the edge. The rest is sand and pebbles. Sir Josh is crouching in the middle of this platform. He had driven his sword into the dirt and is holding on for dear life. Why? Because the platform is shooting through the tunnels at an alarming rate. The walls are just a few feet beyond the platform's edge but the ceiling is twenty feet above and the ground is at least five hundfred feet. Or at least it was that when Sir Josh's torch had still been working. Quite naturally it had gone out when the platform had sped up. Sir Josh pushed aside his self-loathing for not jumping off when the ground itself had risen around him. Like it or not he was stuck in this situation and he had to get himself out. Suddenly the platform...
