The Irrationality of Rationality

After several minutes, Jasper finally speaks: "Hey, Josh, what's your favorite Aerosmith song?"
"It's 'Rats in the Cellar' off of Rocks", Josh answers. "You wanna tell me your favorite '60s adventure TV show?"
"That's easy!" Jasper replies. "It's Rat Patrol!"
"Will you two stop making jokes?!" Sara demands.

A little further down the road, our heroes suddenly stop, as they spot a clearing just off the highway. In the middle of the clearing is one solitary tree, younger and shorter than the countless other trees. That's not even the strangest sight here. Charlie Brown stands next to the tree, scowling while holding a string in his right hand. The string leads upward to a bright blue kite, which is now hopelessly trapped in the tree branches.

"Hey! Is that really him?" Jasper asks, as he starts walking toward Charlie Brown.
"Yeah! It is! I don't believe it!" Sara answers.
"Hang on guys, I think he's gonna say it!" Josh adds.
"What's he gonna say?"

Right on cue, an angry Charlie Brown finally speaks: "RATS!"

1. Ha ha ha!
2. Charlie Brown joins our heroes in the quest of escaping the rats.
3. The tree starts devouring the kite.
4. Same as above, but then, Josh attacks it with a chainsaw.
5. Jasper pulls out a football and challenges Charlie Brown to kick it.
6. Everyone involved fails to mention that Charlie Brown never said "Good grief".
