A Tree For Thee

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 78386

Josh climbs a tree and, purely by accident, into the tree house of several younger children, whose fathers are all carpenters. This hadn't actually affected the buiilding of the treehouse in any way but the place was still impressive. And in the other corner was Carlin, still clutching the machine. Oddly, it was much, much smaller then before.
"Go away!" shouts Carlin. "We know of you in the timestream! You will probably invent 'Rubbing your butt' instead of hand-washing!"
"No!" Josh cries, posessed by the tiny, broken apple-core of his basic human decency. "The machine says hand-washing saves lives! I want to save lives! My best friend's uncle's skin fell off after he got a horse- disease! It was horrible!"

  1. Akward pause.
  2. Carlin and Josh travel back in time together.
  3. Comedian Carlin shows up due to a trans-dimensional accident.
  4. "I like pie!" someone screams from below. "So much pie my tummy hurts!"
  5. Josh catches a glimps of the hedge maze outside. The complicated right angles and well-crafted geometry melts his brain. "I am a painting of clouds!" he cries.
