Namor and Aquaman burst through the door, screaming and beating at their bodies. Barbara Walters screams and falls backwards in her chair while Lots continues to ramble, apparently not even noticing. Each of the heroes are surrounded by, and covered with, tiny sharks with bat-wings. Each of them can barely be seen through their covering of vicious flying carnivorous fish. "Yeah, that was the year I got nominated for the Nobel prize in chemistry for inventing a combination wool-cleaner and children's soft-drink," he says, brushing Aquaman's arterial spray off his face. Namor falls in front of Barbara, screaming through a mask of blood and hungry sharks. He reaches a mangled hand out to her blindly. A winged mini-shark is gnawing on what's left of his thumb, and more are taking bloody chunks out of his arms. She recoils in terror, huddling in on herself in a corner and rocking. "But then they told me that my new invention caused cancer in lab rats and I couldn't manufacture it for the children's market," says Lots, moving aside without skipping a beat as Aquaman staggers past. "So I rebranded it as an engine de-greaser for heavy diesel engines...anyway, I digress--" Without eyes, it's pretty hard to see. A blood-soaked, shark-covered Aquaman lurches blindly around the room like a malfunctioning android and finally crashes through a window. A second later, he hits a car beneath the window in a flurry of shattering glass, sitting off the car alarm. Namor is lying a few feet away from a terrified Barbara Walters, twitching and spasming. Barbara huddles in the corner, her hands over her mouth and moaning as Lots continues on.
