"What's this?" says Jasper. Sitting in the grass on the side of the road is a huge white plastic garbage bag. It hadn't been there only a few seconds ago, but it had appeared when the two of them weren't looking. He picks it up and reaches into it carefully. "What's inside?" asks Sara. Wordlessly, Jasper pulls out a lozenge-shaped object roughly the size of a basketball, labelled "Claritin." In spite of its size, it can only be a pill. He passes it to Sara for inspection, and removes several more from the bag, each with a different label. There are eight more in the bag--one is labelled "Cancer Cure," another is Haldol, a third has the name "Vancomycin," and another is labelled "Mylanta." One is brightly colored and rainbow-striped, with a sticker attached that reads "UNIVERSAL CURE: EUPNEA." The last three pills are labelled in unearthly hieroglyphics. All of them are apparently ordinary pills, save for their colossal size. There are directions on the side of the gargantuan "Cancer Cure" pill. "Swallow whole; do not break. Take with food, milk or lard. Do not operate heavy machinery while using this medication. Do not expose directly to light or feed after midnight. Keep away from children and slurrham. Offer void where prohibited by law," he reads aloud.
