Just An Anamoly

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 76902

Stacy stood in a small waiting room, what one of the assistants, a deer- girl (had seen been there before?) said was part of the traveling time system that had been picked up from a 21st century hospital.
Stacy had been checked out by the deer-girl but had been too introspective to pay anymore attention to anything but the clean bill of health.
And the Teacher had arrived. She wore a dark blue leotard and black leggings. It set off her red-brown coat and creamy-white chest-fur quite stylishly.
But Stacy didn't care at that point. All she cared about was the explanation.
"My amnesia, Scott, the murder attempts...all made no sense whatsoever? It was all time ripples because I am a time anamoly?"
"That is true." said the Teacher, leaning up against a wall. The tip of her tail brushed the carpet slowly.
"And...and...this is the dumbest part. To clarify my life and to get back to normalcy, which you say ISN'T being a human, I have to go on several adventures with you through time."
"Um..." said the deer-girl. "Stacy, you've heard this before."
"Please, Frill." said the Teacher. "It took you five repeats before you understood you had to steal the plans for the Eiffel Tower."
"Well, I was new. Oh, I get it. I'll be off having an O.J. before I embarass myself anymore."
Frey left out a beige side door.
"So." said Stacy. "Several adventures in order to literally get my life back in order. Fine. Let's do this! What's first? Wait, first, was the deer-girl part of the original group in the apartment?"
"I have ten for the next two days. Interns. You mentioned adventure? A list."

  1. Inserting a time capsule into the construction of the Empire State Building.
  2. Giving Jack Kirby a pep talk in a small Southwestern town he is passing through.
  3. Preserving the random mud splatterings on a cave wall that gives Thog the inspiration for making the wheel.
  4. Saving Stan Lee's life from the creativity-killing 'General'.
  5. Rescuing an innocent family from a mob war in Chinatown (this was in thanks to a Stacy-Ripple).
  6. Dropping off a certain educational show script several decades ago in a British television studio.
  7. Causing a fatallity free gas explosion in a Clevaland surburb (a man who was economically ruined by this had influenced time).
  8. Calming a Black Friday riot in a department store in Tampa, Florida.
  9. Stopping a mind-control test run by time-travelers from the 33rd century.
  10. Ripples had spread backwards down Stacy's timeline, now a crazed stalker hunts her during a late-night high school football game.
