Scott is so shocked by the normalcy he has a panic attack and hides in the
janitor's closet. Josh finds him several minutes later.

Josh calms him down.

Josh blinks and Scott is gone. Impossible!

Scott had hyperventilated too close to the cleaning chemicals and melted half his lungs.

Scott was semi-okay. He and Josh discover the janitor had a secret stash of the store's smuttiest books. "Omaha the Cat Dancer!" cries Scott. "Rock!"

Josh goes back to normal, pours bleach down his pants.

Josh notices something odd. On the left side are cleaning materials on the sturdy, wooden shelves. On the right side are the dozing forms of five NEQ authors and for some reason, Good Robot Bill S. Esquire.

The janitor's closet held a magical portal to the back field of the Hunter S. Johnson (yes, Johnson) high school in Bardon, South Dakota. How horrifically boring.

Reaibn is in the closet as well. Technically. His bleached skeleton stares at them from the floor. His nametag and distincitively flourscent orange pants clearly identify this cool author.

Suddenly the door slams and the closet descends deep into the earth.

A small boy, with slick yellow hair, a red and white stripped shirt and blue pants enter. "ADVENTURE!" the kid screams as he presses a button. All three end up in a primitive bait store ten on some big complicated dock.
