The Never Ending Quest - Episode 74136

Sara slapped Astra, Astra slapped Sara, Fred slapped Josh, Josh slapped Fred (and got bat guano all over him), Velus slapped himself, Astra slapped Fred, Fred slapped Sara, Sara slapped Astra again then yelled "ENOUGH!"

She then sighed at Astra's request. "I can't teach you how to riverdance for a few reasons. First, I suck at it."

At this, Scott yells out from somewhere "Yeah, she does! God, its horrible, I watched her try one time and I wanted to rip out my eyeballs with a stirring stick..."

"Gee thanks, Scott!" yells Sara, then continues "Anyway, second, the elves over there have not stopped riverdancing for the last two weeks. We are absolutely sick of riverdance. Jasper is somewhere devising a way to kill them and get away with it. Thirdly, I am locked into my job right now. I cant leave the counter until Scott gets back from break."

Now it is Astra's turn to roll her eyes. "Whatever, comeon then lets do something else. I don't see your boss anywhere, you can leave the coun..." she stops speaking as Sara points to her leg, manacaled to the floor. The chain is long so that she can prepare frappachinos and stuff, but not long enough to leave the counter area completely. "Holy crap! They have you chained up. What kind of a place is this?!"

At this point, Scott walks back up smoking this elaborate device that looks like a cross between a hookah and a bong. He coughs, then raises a finger as if about to dispense wisdom "Well, you can blame Lots for that. He was on shift, clocked in, then left the counter and spent his entire day in the comic book section. He repeated this behavior for three months. Finally, he was killed and his skeleton hung somewhere in the caves you guys came from. [73925] Sucks. Now, we have to get chained in if we are working the counter." He then takes a big toke off the device.

"Are you smoking zebroid hair again, Scott?! It doesnt even get you high!" Sara says, shaking her head.

"It has homeopathic benefits, so shut up!" says Scott. He then walks over to one of the couches and sits down to read "Nexus Weekly" magazine. The cover has the headline Silver Doors or Magic Portals, what is in this year.

"Your face is homeopathic," says Sara, then turning her attention back to Astra. "Anyway, if this is your first visit might I recommend a book by one of our magic fireplaces? They warm you up to your personal comfort level. In some cases, they cool you down. Its the latest MagiTek from Home Office."

"I have a question, actually," Astra queried
