Fred is tied up in a straightjacket while he hums "Transformers! Robots in disguise!" to himself, and is taken to that most notorious of mental asylums, Arkham. Here most of Batman's enemies are locked up, 'cause they're all nuts.

  1. Fred is cured of his mental problems.
  2. The doctors are unable to cure Fred, and instead locks him up indefinitely.
  3. Fred talks to the Joker.
  4. Fred talks to Two-Face.
  5. Fred talks to Poison Ivy.
  6. Fred talks to Harley Quinn.
  7. Fred talks to Killer Croc.
  8. Being insane, Fred talks to himself.
