All of the princesses took a keen interest in Sir Josh and, being a fair-minded man, he spread his favours equally amomg them. After some initial jealousy, the three women came to accept this arrangement.

After a few months:

  1. They were rescued.
  2. Sir Josh found a magical portal home. However one of the books indicated that this type of portad had a good chance of dumping them into much danger.
  3. It had become clear that all three princesses were pregnant.
  4. One night their precious boxes of books mysteriously disappeared. Who or what could have taken them?
