Being of Hawaiian descent, the policewoman decides to tell the story of Gay Kissing Men Island in interpretive hula dance, thereby conveniently saving the author the trouble of coming up with any lyrics. Crafty bugger that he is.

She slips out of her uniform, revealing the traditional lei, grass skirt, and a deep rich tan nobody somehow noticed before. Before anyone can comment, she leaps right into the dance without waiting for any music.
