Yup. The War of Anakin's Ear
The Never Ending Quest - Episode 72174

You see, when Anakin fell in his battle against Obi-Wan on the
volcanic planet, a small piece of his ear was preserved. This ear
was later recovered and after Anakin's redemption, it became a
sacred relic, kept on the Jedi Temple of Chandrila. When disputes
between the Jedi Council of Coruscant and the High Templar of
Chandrila began over wich was the true ruler of the Jedi, the
Council used the ear as evidence against them, claiming that it
was tainted with the Dark Side because it was cut off when Anakin
had fallen. Chandrila, which got a great deal of money from
pilgrims who came to see the Ear, declared war on Coruscant, and
was backed by the Bosses of the Corprorate Sector. Since
Coruscant had alienated Corellia and was in the process of losing
most of its authority, it had only its own forces and those of New
Alderaan. It won, but at the cost of much of its military force. This
was representative of the sort of small but frequent civil wars that
were going on all the time in the chaotic Fifth Century of the New
Republic.
